Rev. Karla J. Frost

Lead Pastor

Rev. Karla J. Frost graduated from the University of Dubuque Theological Seminary in 1989 and was ordained on May 14, 1989 at First Congregational United Church of Christ in Dubuque, Iowa.  After serving in the New York, Illinois South, Maine, and Ohio Conferences of the U.C.C., she and her husband, Rev. Charles F. Preston (retired), returned to the Illinois South Conference in 2006 for Karla to serve here at St. John U.C.C.  Pastor Karla is called and gifted to fulfill the many roles of parish ministry, and is eager to welcome everyone to grow in faith at St. John U.C.C.
